Rates
Price is not shown on website, and all rates are quoted by Bali Wedding Essence in US Dollars and Rupiah. Price information will be sent by email as services requested, and all services shall be delivered based on written agreement both parties.

Reservation and Payment
Please visit and fill up our booking form, a reply will be send through email in soonest term.

A 50% Deposit non refundable is required in proceeding arrangement for venue and vendor’s reservation and document procession. The remaining balance should be settled at least 30 days prior to wedding day.

Cancellation
Any cancellation on 2 weeks prior the wedding day will be charge 100%.

Force Major
If for any reason beyond the Bali Wedding Essence’s or the Client’s reasonable control, including but not limited to strikes; Labor disputes; acts, regulations or orders of governmental authorities; civil emergency conditions; any delay in necessary and essential repairs to the Bali Wedding Essence; the Bali Wedding Essence or the Client is unable to perform its obligations under the agreement, such non-performance is excused and such party may terminate agreement, without further liability or any nature, upon return of the Client’s deposit. In no event shall the Bali Wedding Essence or Client be liable for consequential damages of any nature of any reason whatsoever.
